Lining up
Here I'm lining up the second (left) elevator trim control horn (near side) per SB 110520Reb (4/18/95). I decided that the trim control rod holes should be drilled through first, so I used cleco clamps and drilled those first. At this point, the new piece

Elev trim horn priming
Applying self-etching primer to the mating surfaces. At this point, all holes have been de-burred, and the new piece has been sanded and filed to match the original single piece.

Trim horn finished
Doesn't look too bad when it's done. It's certainly more robust that the single control horn bracket, that was attached to the elevator by a mere two rivets. Now there are four rivets, and flanges supporting the horn on each side. Mo' bettah!
